AccessAbilities Expo 2025
As one of the first organizations in Saudi Arabia to adopt and advocate inclusion services, Reach Inclusion took its mission to an international platform by representing in the AccessAbilities Expo 2025 in Dubai. In October 2025, we proudly participated in the 7th AccessAbilities Expo at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is one of the largest platforms in the MENASA region dedicated to accessibility and inclusion, bringing together over 270 exhibitors from 50 countries along with thousands of professionals, organizations, and advocates in the field of disability support and assistive technology.
During the event, Reach Inclusion showcased its five core services, highlighting how each program contributes to building a more inclusive society:
Reach in School
Supporting schools with inclusion strategies, paraprofessional support, and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Reach at Work
Promoting inclusive workplace practices and supporting organizations in creating accessible employment opportunities.
Reach Home & Community
Providing in-home caregiver training and community-based support for families.
Reach Resources
Offering tools and materials designed to support sensory, learning and regulation.
Reach Training
Delivering specialized training programs for educators, caregivers, and professionals working with individuals with special needs.
Visitors at the Reach Inclusion booth also had the opportunity to explore practical resources and assistive tools used to support children and individuals with special needs. Demonstrations included items such as weighted vests, weighted lap pads, and sensory tools like squishy cubes, which are commonly used to support emotional regulation, focus, and sensory integration. These interactive demonstrations allowed visitors to better understand how such resources can be implemented effectively in educational and therapeutic environments.
The team also engaged in discussions about Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), explaining how personalized goals and structured interventions help children develop academically, socially, and behaviorally within inclusive settings.
Saudi Rehab Expo 2025
As part of its commitment to advancing inclusion within the Kingdom and supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for accessibility and empowerment, Reach Inclusion proudly participated in Saudi Rehab Expo 2025 to advocate for inclusive practices and greater awareness of support systems for individuals with special needs.
A unique highlight of Reach Inclusion’s participation was the creation of a Sensory Accessibility Map for the expo, an initiative designed to help visitors with sensory sensitivities navigate the event more comfortably. The map clearly identified different zones within the venue, including high-stimulation areas where crowds and noise levels were expected to be higher, as well as low-stimulation zones designed to offer a calmer environment with less noise and fewer people. The map also included visual indicators for spaces such as quiet areas and no-touch zones, helping visitors understand the sensory expectations of each section of the venue.
As an exhibitor, Reach Inclusion hosted its own booth, creating an interactive space to raise awareness about the importance of meaningful inclusion in schools, workplaces, homes, and communities. in the kingdom.
Our team engaged with educators, professionals, parents, and organizations, sharing insights about how structured support systems can help individuals with diverse needs.
